Meet Kelly Phelan
Your career has been moving along but not at the pace you had hoped.
You obtained your tertiary degree with the expectation it would open doors and provide access to promotions, which haven’t materialized yet.
I understand your frustration.
I was a Professor of Business for over a decade and worked with thousands of Master’s, MBA, and Ph.D. students during my tenure.
Many of my former students and clients loved their degree programs because it gave them the opportunity to learn more about their field, apply knowledge in their jobs and build their reputation.
But for many of them, they lacked the know-how to demonstrate the real value of their degree in terms of growing their careers. What about you? Is this something you struggle with?
One of my first part-time jobs in college was working in my university’s career center. That experience laid the foundation for the next 20 years I spent working as a freelance Career Consultant and Strategist.
In 2020, I left academia to start my own business doing what I love — helping ambitious high achievers confidently take control of their careers and obtain jobs they love.
